Supervising Social Worker - Ref: SSW74

Full-time 36.5 hrs per week, Permanent Contract
Candidates based on the East side of Birmingham or neighbouring counties would be ideally situated for this caseload.

Salary - £25,592.61 to £32,245.92 pa (depending on experience) + additional benefits including contributory pension scheme, initially 25 days annual leave allowance plus bank holidays and mileage allowance of 45ppm.

We are looking to welcome a knowledgeable and experienced Social Worker to our team in order to implement effective support to foster carers so as to achieve a positive and enriching life experience for looked after children.  If you are a qualified Social Worker with excellent organisational skills, are able to meet deadlines, have exceptional communications skills and the ability to analyse situations accurately as well as a passion for fostering, then this is the ideal role for you.

Applicants will require a flexible approach to their work as this position is home based with a requirement to travel to the homes of our foster carers in order to support them.  In order to achieve the best outcomes for all, CCB believes in maintaining realistic and achievable caseload numbers to allow the time for effective support.

Full-time 36.5 hrs per week, Permanent Contract
Based from our office in Hallow, Worcester with the flexibility for some home working.

Salary – up to £37,000.00 pa (depending on experience) + additional benefits including contributory pension scheme, initially 25 days annual leave allowance plus bank holidays and mileage allowance of 45ppm.

We are looking to welcome a knowledgeable and experienced Fostering Manager to our team in order to develop and manage the support offered to our foster carers. You will be a highly motivated, organised, positive and experienced individual.   If you are a qualified Social Worker with excellent communication and team building skills, are able to meet deadlines and have an attention to detail, then we would love to hear from you.
